1. Who we are

BM Multi-Services inc. provides commercial, industrial, multi-residential and post-construction cleaning services in Greater Montreal. In this policy, “we” means BM Multi-Services inc.

2. Person in charge of personal information

The person in charge of the protection of personal information at BM Multi-Services inc. is Boris Cisterna, President. Monica Valeria Mendoza Salinas, Vice-President, may also receive your questions and requests. For any question, request or complaint, write to info@bmmultiservices.ca or call 514 465-0596.

3. Information we collect

When you fill out our quote request form, we collect your name, company or building name, email address, phone number, building type, approximate area, desired cleaning frequency and the description of your needs. We also collect the information you send us by email or phone.

When you visit the site, our server automatically logs certain technical data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed, date and time) for security and to keep the site running properly.

4. Why we use it

• To answer your request, schedule a site visit and prepare a quote;
• To provide and invoice our services if you become a client;
• To keep the site secure and prevent spam.

We use your information only for these purposes. We never sell it and do not use it for marketing without your consent.

5. Consent

By sending us your information through the form, by email or by phone, you consent to its use for the purposes described above. You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us, subject to our legal obligations.

6. Who has access

Only the staff members who need it to handle your request have access. We use service providers who act on our behalf and are required to protect your information:

• Hostinger, our web host, which hosts the site, the requests we receive and our email;
• Google Fonts, which serves the site’s typefaces (your IP address is sent to Google when the fonts load).

These providers may store information outside Quebec. Before any information is communicated outside Quebec, we assess that it will be adequately protected, as the law requires.

7. Cookies and local storage

The site uses no advertising cookies or profiling tools. It only remembers, in your browser, the language you chose (French or English). Our host may use cookies that are strictly necessary for the site’s security and performance.

8. Retention and security

Quote requests are kept for up to 3 years and then destroyed, unless you become a client; in that case we keep your information for the length of our business relationship and the period required by tax laws. The site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to our systems is restricted and password-protected.

9. Your rights

You may at any time ask to access the personal information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, withdraw your consent, or receive your information in a structured, commonly used technological format. Write to info@bmmultiservices.ca; we will reply within 30 days.

10. Confidentiality incidents

If a confidentiality incident presented a risk of serious injury, we would notify the people concerned and the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec, as the law requires.

11. Complaints

If you are not satisfied with how we handle your information, please contact us first. You may also file a complaint with the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.
